Core-strengthening programme starts 1st June

Our programme will be different to any programme your gym instructor/personal; trainer may have given you in the past

We will analyse your body from head to toe, therefore the programme will be individually tailor to your body.

In my experience gym instructors/personal trainers don’t analyze which muscles need strengthening and lengthening, if the strong muscles are worked more they will become even tighter causing more imbalances as the lengthened weak muscles get even weaker.
