About Our Relaxing Massage

Swedish massage is the basis of most Western types of massages including sports, deep tissue and aromatherapy massage.

Relaxing massage treatment is mostly slow and gentle leaving our clients with a calming glow afterwards.

Hands-on techniques we use are

Effleurage, kneading, and cross-fibre friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions.

Professional Qualification

2000 qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapies Diploma with Premier Training

With the Sports massage course Lee attended you had to be qualified in swedish massage which was one of the modules of the course

2005 qualified in Meridian Reflexology with The Oxford School of Reflexology under the Association of Reflexologist 

2008  Qualified in Traditional Chineses Medicine at London College of Traditional Acupuncture in association with the British Acupuncture Council which Lee Is a member of

2014 qualified as Yoga Teacher with Whitespace in Stony Stratford under Yoga Alliance

To keep up Lee’s Qualifications he is required to do a minimum of 30 hours CPD
